When the second season of Westworld ended, I was really wondering where they would take the show. A page had been turned, but I wasn’t sure where they would go from there.
- Bring us back to the park with some flashbacks.
- Go on with the story, and then bring our main characters back to the park.
- Abandon our main characters and start a second chapter, with different main characters, in the park, in the past.
I didn’t think they’d go in a completely different direction!
It looks like Season 3 will be set in a cyberpunk / futuristic world after all. And with Aaron Paul to introduce us to that new world! That should be interesting!
I can’t wait to see this, and I can’t wait to see what Ramin Djawadi comes up with for this new season’s soundtrack; I don’t know if beautiful piano covers will be appropriate anymore. 🙂
