WordPress, TV Series, music, kids, and board games. I think that’s probably the best way to define me in a few words. 🙂

I work at Automattic where I lead a team building tools for bloggers and creators. I talk a lot about WordPress things, but also about all things open source in general.

I post in English and in French.

I live in Brittany, France, so you’ll also find me sharing pictures from our beautiful region from time to time.

Just finished The Mercy Of Gods. It’s the first book in a new book series, The Captive’s War. The authors are James S.A. Corey, most known for The Expanse. It was a good book, and I’m looking forward to the next installment in the series.

It’s an easy read. The story quickly grabs you. It took me some time to relate with each character, but that was done on purpose as the authors have a lot of world building to do as well. In the end, the characters are nuanced, each of them different from one another, with different motivations. And the book ends perfectly, having set the scene for multiple plots, all connected to each other.

There is no release date for book 2 yet, but I’ll read the “Live suit” novella that’s set in the same world while waiting!
