Finally a new year resolution I could stick to! In 2024, I started reading every night in bed.
Sometimes I’ll only read half a chapter before I start falling asleep on my book. Sometimes I’ll read for a couple of hours. But overall it has really helped me sleep better, and I find it helps with my anxiety.
And to top it all, I discovered a few weeks ago that Amazon has a trophy case for the completionist in me! Turns out I read 25 books this year.
