Today was my first try at American pancakes. Although they look really bad compared to the recipe, they were delicious! It’s also a lot simpler to cook than crêpes: the most difficult part of the recipe was probably the conversion of cups into grams. 🙂

This is my favourite pancake recipe these days – quick, easy, and relatively healthy. If you don’t have buttermilk just use 1 cup regular milk mixed with 1 tbsp. white vinegar and left to thicken for about 10 min.
