WordPress, TV Series, music, kids, and board games. I think that’s probably the best way to define me in a few words. 🙂

I work at Automattic where I lead a team building tools for bloggers and creators. I talk a lot about WordPress things, but also about all things open source in general.

I post in English and in French.

I live in Brittany, France, so you’ll also find me sharing pictures from our beautiful region from time to time.

No Man’s Sky just released another free update, and it’s packed to the brim with improvements and new features. The patch notes are several pages long!

I continue to be impressed with this game. I don’t play many games, but this is one I regularly come back to. It offers so much, and the developers keep shipping new features to keep the game interesting, all for free.

This time around, I’m especially happy with the new biomes and the new purple-class systems obviously. But I’m maybe even more interested in the smaller things introduced in this release.

  • You can now store up to 18 ships in cold storage on your capital ship, on top of the 12 existing ones I assume. I can start ship hunting again without having to abandon some of my existing ships!
  • Inventory sorting has always been annoying, it was a lot of manual work. Now there will some automatic sorting options too!
  • It was fun to figure out new recipes at first, but I quickly abandoned it because it was so tiresome to sell my creations, one at a time, to Cronus in the anomaly. Now you can sell lots of items at a time!
  • Combine the above to the new refiner you can add to the Colossus, and exploring while creating new recipes should be fun now!

@jeremy it's been over a year since I last played … time to dust it off again!
