WordPress, TV Series, music, kids, and board games. I think that’s probably the best way to define me in a few words. 🙂

I work at Automattic where I lead a team building tools for bloggers and creators. I talk a lot about WordPress things, but also about all things open source in general.

I post in English and in French.

I live in Brittany, France, so you’ll also find me sharing pictures from our beautiful region from time to time.

Shot of the Andor Family fantasy board game from above

We’ve been playing Andor Junior with the kids for the past few days. It’s a fun game, and the kids are really enjoying it. Its mechanics are similar to the original Andor game, with some changes to avoid too much focus on fighting and to simplify things for kids. It ends up being simple enough for my 6-y-o to understand the concept and even role play!

I want to recommend it, but I worry we’ll complete all the missions included in the base game within a week. We’ll then have to put the game back on the shelf or buy one of the expansions. It feels like the game could benefit from more missions, maybe even a second map for more advanced games later on.

Reactions on the Fediverse and on the ATmosphere
